2DRV (Wheelworld) rims

Since 2007, Wheelworld, a company based in Ilsenburg in the Harz region, has been developing, designing and selling rims. Two brands that cover different desires

The two wheel brands are described by Wheelworld as "alternative dreams" (2DRV) and "tuning dreams" (Axxion). As the name "alternative dreams" suggests, the brand 2DRV, which is pronounced "to drive", primarily hides classic, sporty designs that are intended to present a clever alternative for individual style. The attractive rim designs have a wide range of applications, i.e. they are developed for all common vehicle models and therefore appeal to every car enthusiast. The brand Axxion, on the other hand, convinces with its unusual designs, thus also covering more extravagant wishes and is clearly located in the tuning sector.

Perfection down to the smallest detail

Wheelworld develops its unique products out of unbridled passion. Every work step from CAD engineering to FEM calculation and from design, to sampling, to the next idea is perfected down to the smallest detail.

The outstanding quality of Wheelworld rims does not come from anywhere. The foundation for this is already laid in production. Here, only primary aluminium with additional heat ageing is used and only first-class lacquers are used in the finishing process. Thanks to an in-house toolmaking department in the production facilities and different casting processes (gravity and low-pressure casting), even highly complex designs can be designed and manufactured.

In order to ensure this high quality of production on a continuous basis, the company has its own quality team, which is constantly on site in the TÜV-certified production facilities and thus permanently monitors the entire production. In addition, a large number of state-of-the-art control and analysis stations equip the test laboratories, where X-ray, leak, impact and imbalance tests are carried out, thus guaranteeing the durability and longevity of the rims. The Wheelworld company itself is also regularly inspected, so that almost all wheels have ABE and selected models even have ECE approval. The quality feature is also rounded off by the fact that Wheelworld is verified and audited by TÜV at prescribed intervals. All in all, Wheelworld stands for perfection in series production.

Assortment

The 2DRV brand's assortment consists largely of rims with common, classic designs that are intended to appeal to the broad customer base. Most of the models are available in traditional colours such as Silver and Black, and occasionally also in other finishes such as Grey. The range of sizes on offer extends from 16 to 22 inches.

An example of such a classic design is the WH11 model. With its five double spokes, it is suitable for tyre sizes between 17 and 20 inches.

In addition to the numerous classic designs, the 2DRV range also includes a few models that are a little more extravagant. Examples of this are the WH12 and WH18 models. While the WH12 rim with its five triple-spoke design has an exclusive look, the WH18 rim is even more extravagant, in which the design can be described as a ten double-spoke design or a five quadruple-spoke design, depending on the angle of view.
